The Borough of Manasquan is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Part-Time Certified Tax Collector/Utility Collector. This position is responsible for the statutory duties of the Tax Collector, utility billing and collections, customer service, account reconciliation, and required financial reporting. Applicants must possess a current New Jersey Department of Community Affairs Certified Tax Collector (CTC) certification and have experience in municipal tax collection and utility billing. The position is 12–20 hours per week, with a flexible daytime schedule that may increase during peak tax and utility collection periods. A partial remote work schedule may be available based on operational needs. Salary range is $50,000–$65,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
