Certified Tax Collector – Rockaway Township. Is accepting applications for a Full Time Tax Collector. NJ Certified Municipal Tax Collector License required. Must have a working knowledge of all statutory requirements for the collection, billing, enforcement & reporting functions. Responsible for maintaining appropriate receipting, & accounting procedures in accordance with state statute. Assist with Utilities billing and collections. Must have strong customer service skills, be well organized, with friendly and professional demeanor. Local Government experience required. Excel, Word experience mandatory and strong computer literacy a must. The salary range is $50,000 - $82,000.
