Title: CFO -Woodstown
Chief Financial Officer/Qualified Purchasing Agent PT
Borough of Woodstown, Salem County is seeking a part time CFO/QPA with flexible hours. NJ CMFO certification required, QPA certification preferred. 3-5 years’ experience in local government preferred. Candidate must attend regularly scheduled monthly Borough Council meetings, finance meetings and special meetings. Candidate must have experience in budget preparation and execution, preparation of Annual Financial Statement, Annual and Supplemental Debt Statements, Capital Budget Planning. Responsibilities include budget preparation and oversight throughout the year, maintenance of general ledger, debt management, preparations of state and federal reports, bank reconciliations, oversee preparation of payroll and employee benefits administration (PERS/PFRS/Health Benefits). Knowledge of Edmunds Financial package preferred.
