Title: CFO - Woolwich Township
Chief Financial Officer (FT)- Woolwich Township in Gloucester County is seeking a Certified Municipal Finance Officer (CFO) as well as QPA with at least 5 years experience and enjoys working on a team to accomplish results together. The Township has a $22 million dollar budget with no utility funds. The candidate must be able to interact well with personnel in all municipal departments, various officials and outside agencies. The candidate will be responsible for coordination, preparation and oversite of all financial operations, reporting and posting to the Edmunds Financial Systems. CFO responsibilities include but are not limited to Preparation/oversight of the Annual Municipal Budget, Annual User-Friendly budget, Annual Financial Statements, Annual Debt Statement and Supplemental Debt Statements, maintenance of the General Ledger, Best practices Inventory, Debt Service Analysis, Grant , PILOT and Escrow Accounts, Capital Budgets and Planning for multiple departments, Finance Resolutions & Ordinances, and other finance related duties as necessary which includes Payroll (CASA) and Accounts Payable.
SALARY : $85,000 to $100,000 with benefits including enrollment in NJ PERS, and PTO. Equal Opportunity Employer.
