Title: Revenue Administration Asst - Maplewood

Revenue Administration Assistant F/T
The Township of Maplewood is accepting applications for a full-time Revenue Administration Assistant in the Department of Finance. Under direction and supervision of the Tax Collector, perform a variety of assignments involving payment processing, property tax and sewer account maintenance, the receipt and disbursement of funds, the issuance of receipts and mailing of delinquent bill notices. Other related duties include replying to telephone calls, emails and faxes, opening mail, proving out daily turnover sheets, and filing finance related documents for retention. Additional revenue collection tasks as assigned by the Tax Collector. Applicant must have strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written skills, be highly organized and attentive to details, and be able to perform independently in an active office environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs preferred. Individuals with municipal experience who are familiar with Edmunds GovTech software and municipal tax collection preferred but not required. 32.5 hour work week.
