Elk Township is seeking a part time CMFO. Candidates with a NJ Qualified Purchasing certificate a plus. CMFO will be responsible for all municipal finance operations, including statutory requirements as well as the preparation and oversight of the municipal budget, payroll, pension reports, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivables, preparation of 1099’s and W2’s, grant reporting, escrow management, trust, capital, etc. The CMFO will be offered flexible hours and may be required to attend bi-monthly Committee meetings and public budget hearing. Familiarity with Edmunds Gov Tech products, strong communication and collaborative skills are also desired.
