Performing the work involved in billing/collecting of both property taxes and water and sewer payments, serves as Tax Search Officer, and all duties associated with the Municipal Finance Office. Thorough knowledge of municipal tax collection statutory laws and practices. Must possess strong interpersonal skills necessary for daily contact with the public. Must by proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Other duties include tax sales, lien redemptions, quarterly delinquent notices, tax appeals, replying to OPRA requests, and knowledge of Payment in Lieu of Taxes.
