Lost CEU Certificates from Association Sponsored Sessions

At the December 2009 Board meeting the group took action to require individuals to pay for replacement certificates. This action was necessitated by an almost 500% increase in requests for replacements to lost or misplaced certificates.

Accordingly, the Board authorized the following charges for replacement certificates:

First Certificate:  $10.

Each add'l certificate: $20.
