Governor Murphy Signs S-1893 into Law

Governor Murphy signed into law Bill S-1893 permitting property tax payers to make charitable donations in lieu of property taxes.
Governor Murphy has signed into law a proposal to permit property tax payers to make charitable contributions in lieu of property tax payments. The GFOANJ has done a detailed review of the new law.
